What we store

Swayni stores the following information locally on your device:

  • Interface and narration language
  • Whether rhythm cues are enabled
  • Whether the screen stays awake during workouts
  • Whether you have read the workout safety notice
  • Workout names, action names, and timing parameters you choose to save
  • Completion time, duration, completed actions and rounds, and skipped-action counts for workouts you finish

This information restores your preferences, reopens saved workouts, and shows your latest workout and total completion count. If you turn on iCloud sync (Pro), this data is also synced to your own iCloud account to keep your devices consistent. It is stored in Apple's private iCloud database, which the developer cannot read.

What we do not collect

The current version:

  • Does not create user accounts
  • Does not record or listen to the microphone
  • Does not upload workout history or workout preferences to our servers
  • Does not sell data or use it for cross-app tracking

Anonymous Usage Statistics

TelemetryDeck automatically receives anonymous feature usage events and coarse ranges to help improve Swayni. Custom workout and exercise text, notes, photos, location, and advertising identifiers are not sent.

Kickstart Exchange

Free users may see independent app recommendations from Kickstart Exchange. The service processes app-level Product Interaction and Advertising Data for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, and app functionality; these data are not linked to identity and are not used for tracking. The service does not receive workout history, workout preferences, or account data.

Diagnostic info when contacting support

When you contact support, you can choose to attach diagnostic info to help troubleshoot issues such as sync. It contains only app status, error records, and crash reports — no workout names, exercise names, or notes. It is generated only when you choose to attach it, and is sent through the email or other app you pick.

Your control

You can delete individual saved workouts or clear all workout history in the app’s Settings. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data. Data synced to iCloud can be managed and deleted in iOS Settings under your Apple Account → iCloud.

Health and safety

Swayni provides workout flow and spoken guidance. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice and does not detect movement quality, endurance, or physical condition.
